First responders have been dispatched to northbound I-49 near mile marker 127 on a report of a semi truck on its side between the highway and outer road. Injuries are being reported, use caution if traveling through the area.
Update - The driver was taken to Bates County Memorial for observation and treatment of moderate injuries.
