Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:
Deputy Evans conducted a traffic stop within the city limits of Windsor that resulted in the arrest of Matthew Hix, age 23, of Windsor, for driving while suspended or revoked.
• June 1, 2025 – Burglary and Resisting Arrest:
Deputy Murphy was conducting a follow-up burglary investigation in the city of Windsor when the suspect, Joseph Roberts, age 60, of Windsor, fled the scene in a vehicle. Deputy Murphy pursued the vehicle into Johnson County, where Roberts exited the vehicle and fled on foot. Deputy Murphy took Roberts into custody after a short foot pursuit. Roberts was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for burglary, resisting arrest, assault in the 3rd degree, driving while suspended/revoked, speeding, and careless and imprudent driving.
• June 1, 2025 – Warrant Arrest:
Deputy Stevens conducted a traffic stop in the city of Windsor that resulted in the arrest of Jayden Davis, age 19, of Windsor, for a Pettis County traffic warrant.
• June 3, 2025 – Driving While Intoxicated:
Sergeant Brandt conducted a traffic stop in the city of Windsor that resulted in the arrest of Kevin Toliver, age 50, of Windsor, for driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
• June 5, 2025 – Warrant Arrest:
Deputy Saulters arrested Jeremy Heany, age 47, of Deepwater, at the courthouse for a Henry County warrant for receiving stolen property.
• June 5, 2025 – Warrant Arrest:
Deputy Saulters arrested Linda McCoy, age 70, of Cole Camp, at the courthouse for a Benton County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
• June 5, 2025 – Warrant Arrest:
Deputy Saulters arrested Bretton Ripley, age 42, of Clinton, at the courthouse for a Henry County warrant for driving while suspended or revoked.
• June 5, 2025 – Warrant Arrest:
Deputy Saulters arrested Andrew Mullen, age 41, of Urich, at the courthouse for Henry County warrants for driving while suspended/revoked, tampering with a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance.
• June 5, 2025 – Warrant Arrest:
Deputy Saulters arrested James Sanders, age 65, of Windsor, at the courthouse for a Henry County warrant for domestic assault in the 1st degree and armed criminal action.
