This is a one day process, 12 hours later can be walked on and in 24 hours items can go back on it. They will grind down the existing floor and repair then apply the product. There is no special maintenance needed. The Courthouse floor quote was $9,615.00. The product has a 5 year quote. The Commission asked for a quote on the employee outside walkway. Damon quoted $1,564.00. Jim asked about his referral fee as he just had this done as his house. Damon replied of course he will give him his $50.00 referral fee. Jim asked about any discounts as well and to be done as quickly done as possible. Gary then asked about colors for the flecking. Jim had Nina Carlton County Housekeeping choose the colors. Trent made the motion to accept the proposal for $11,179.00 for The Courthouse and the employee walkway of the administration building. Jim seconded the motion. 2 voted yes one absent. Motion passed. No opposition.
