Earlier today the Vernon County Sheriff's Office and the Nevada Police Department served a search warrant at 17419 S. 1200 Rd in Vernon County. The Nevada Police Department had received information where there were stolen guns from burglaries in Vernon County. The Nevada Police Department was able to obtain a search warrant for the property.
Officers and Deputies were able to locate one stolen handgun from the burglaries. Charges have been sent to the Vernon County Prosecutor. All subject are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
