Congratulations to our EMH Employee of the Year: Kayla Orear! Kayla joined EMH as Director of HR in December, 2024. In the past year she has shown tremendous dedication to EMH and her fellow co-workers. She has done everything in her power to streamline processes and tasks. Kayla spent countless hours seeking out and setting up previously underutilized tools to help accomplish this. In the past year she has also dedicated her skills and talents in serving on the EMH PR and Employee Engagement Committees. Kayla often works late hours or comes in early to ensure that both day and night shift employees receive the same opportunities and experiences in regards to training and activities. Kayla is an extremely valued asset to Ellett Memorial Hospital and we are thrilled her fellow employees felt the same way and voted her as Employee of the Year! Congratulations Kayla, you deserve it!
