𝐇𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐟’𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞
𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭

Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:

• 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐔𝐧𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚:
Corporal Douglas responded to a report of trespassing in the rural Clinton area. During the course of the investigation, drug paraphernalia was located, resulting in the arrest of John Fisher, age 42, of Kansas City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 (𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐦) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭:
Deputy Stevens investigated a trespassing incident in Windsor involving a subject who had previously been trespassed from Casey’s. During the investigation, the subject became combative, striking Deputy Stevens’ patrol vehicle and then striking Deputy Stevens several times with a closed fist. James Harris, age 65, of Windsor, was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for assault on a special victim and resisting arrest. Within 24 hours, the Henry County Prosecuting Attorney filed formal charges, and a warrant was issued for assault 4th degree (special victim), peace disturbance, and resisting arrest.
• 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:
Lieutenant Kubilus conducted a follow-up domestic assault investigation at the Sheriff’s Office. As a result of the investigation, Adam Lucki, age 36, of Kentucky, was arrested for filing a false police report. Lucki allegedly admitted to providing false information during the initial investigation.
• 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
SRO Evans conducted a warrant service in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Maranda Eversole, age 45, of Windsor, on a Henry County warrant for traffic offenses.
• 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝/𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝:
Deputy Chaney conducted a traffic stop in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Christopher Foster, age 43, of Clinton, for driving while suspended/revoked.
• 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝:
Deputy Murphy conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Andrew Duran, age 37, of Warsaw, for driving while intoxicated.
• 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 (𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞):
Sergeant Richardson conducted a traffic stop in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of James Ruth, age 37, of Warsaw, for driving while suspended (2nd or 3rd offense).
• 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Captain Bilbruck and Deputy Harms responded to Casey’s in Windsor regarding a stealing incident. The investigation led to the arrest of Aaron Leininger, age 57, of Windsor, for stealing. Leininger allegedly concealed several items in his pants and exited the store without paying.
