Accident results in minor injuries for Arkansas driver

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, just after 8 pm last night a tractor-trailer driven by a 62 year old Mountain Home AR man  struck an unknown object in the roadway on northbound I-49 resulting in a rollover at the 127 mile marker.

The driver was taken to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment on minor injuries; the truck was considered a total loss and towed from the scene.

The highway patrol was assisted by the the Bates County Sheriff's Office.
