MO dad allegedly seeks person to rape, beat child
ST. LOUIS (KSDK/CNN) - A Missouri father is accused of trying to hire someone to attack and assault his young daughter.
Police busted 32-year-old suspect Anthony Brinkman at a Cracker Barrel restaurant in St. Louis.
Investigators said Brinkman posted an online ad looking for someone to beat and rape his 11-year-old daughter as he watched.
"It's the most disgusting thing you can think of that somebody would take a child, an innocent, innocent child and do something like that, it's inconceivable. It's just sickening," restaurant customer Barkley Rogers said.
Brinkman is facing charges of attempted statutory sodomy.He's jailed on a $100,000 bond. Prosecutors said additional charges could be forthcoming.

Eldon Police issue endangered person advisory for 16-year-old girl
ELDON -- According to Eldon Police, 16-year-old Ethel M. Parker has been reported missing.
Parker is described as a white female, 5'4", 120 lbs, with blue eyes and blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a red long-sleeved top, jeans and pink and black tennis shoes.
According to police, she was dropped off in Eldon on October 28 by 21-year-old boyfriend Harley McFadden. Stories differ as to where she was dropped off. She had no extra clothing, money or personal hygiene products with her. She allegedly sent a text message to her brother on November 1 saying she was not coming back.
Police identify McFadden as a possible suspect or associate. He is described as a white male, 5'10", 145 lbs, with a medium complexion, blue eyes and unknown hair color.
Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Eldon Police Department at Agency Phone - 573-392-9111.

Adrian Grocery Store Damaged By Vehicle
On Saturday evening the Adrian Police Department responded to a report of a vehicle that had crashed through the Yoss Thrift Store Old Highway 71 in Adrian. The picture above was taken after the crews had the building boarded up. No reports of injuries in this accident. Unknown if the vehicle had mechanical problems or what caused this accident.

St. Clair County Sheriff's Office News Release: Warrant arrests
On Oct. 30 Jerry Usher, 24, Morrisville, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear on a class C felony charge of possessing a controlled substance. The charge stemmed from an incident on May 25. The warrant was issued on Oct. 17. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
Any indication of an arrest does not mean the individual identified has been convicted of a crime. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office News Release for Oct. 29-Nov. 5, 2013
The Henry County Sheriff"s Office assisted The Lowry City Police Department with a sex crime investigation that resulted in the arrest of a Lowry City man on Friday.
Chief
Deputy Mike Crocker explained the investigation started after a
complaint was made to the LCPD on Oct. 10. Further information was
gathered and a search warrant was obtained and served resulting in the
seizure of numerous computers and electronic media. Crocker said the
investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
The
LCPD made the arrest and bond was set at $25,000 cash only. Colby was
arraigned on the charge the same day and further court proceedings were
scheduled for Nov. 6.
