St. Clair County Sheriffs Office theft reports

Firearms reported stolen

On Dec. 4, a St. Clair County deputy took a report in reference to stolen firearms. Donald Sellers reported a Ruger 9mm handgun and a Winchester 30-30 rifle missing from inside his residence on NE 501 Road, Osceola.

Vehicle reported stolen

On Dec. 3, a St. Clair County deputy took a report on SE 1000 Road, Collins, in reference to a stolen vehicle. Charlene Mulloy reported an individual borrowed her 2007 Ford Edge on Dec. 2 and was suppose to return the next morning and did not. Later on Dec. 3, a deputy was contacted by the Cedar County Sheriff’s Office the vehicle was recovered on South 351 Road, El Dorado Springs.


Burglary reported on H Highway


On Nov. 29, a St. Clair County deputy took a burglary report on SW H Highway, Schell City. Kris Marshall reported her camper and garage were broke into. An unknown brand 19-inch television was reported missing.

Sheldon woman charged with possession in Vernon County

On 12/7/16 around 7:53am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Vernon County arrested 35 year old Jenna L. Rose of Sheldon, Missouri

She was arrested for 1.) Misdemeanor Possession of under 35 grams of Marijuana 2.) Possession of drug parphernalia.

Jenna L. Rose was cited with tickets at the scene and released. 


Four arrested after drug bust in Eldorado Springs Missouri

On Wednesday November 30th the El Dorado Springs Police Department with assisted by deputies of Cedar and St. Clair county Sheriffs Offices served a search warrant at 319 W. Joe Davis St. which led to the arrest of four El Dorado Springs residents,


The search warrant occurred after officers received information of illegal drug activities at the residence, according to a press release issued by the El Dorado Springs Police Department and Chief Jarrod Schiereck.

As the warrant was served, according to the release, a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office narcotics detection dog alerted law enforcement of possible drugs inside the residence and a vehicle parked in the driveway.
Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were found, with an estimated 40 grams of methamphetamine and 60 grams of marijuana seized as evidence by the officers.
Four people were arrested Arrested in the drug bust were:

•Teri L. (Munoz) Olson, 45, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a class B Felony; two counts of possession of a controlled substance, class C felony; two counts of endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs, a class C felony; and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony.

•Shane T. Stewart, 37, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a class B felony; two counts of endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs, a class C Felony; and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia; a class D felony.

•Heather (Molz) Willmore, 30, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a class B Felony; two counts of endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs, a class C felony; and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony.

•Joshiah J. Ruston, 35, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a class B felony; two counts of endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs, a class C felony; and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony.

All were booked into the Cedar County jail and no bonds were issued for all four.

Jasper County Sheriffs Office looking for wanted sex offender

The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office checks to ensure all convicted sex offenders, which are required to registered, are following the rules and requirements of their registration. We are determined to ensure that they remain compliant. If an offender is not complaint, we act swiftly to deal with the law violation.

MICHAEL JOSEPH BRIGGS, 41 years old, has an active felony warrant for “Failure to Register as a Sex Offender”.
