Missouri State Highway Patrol arrest report

On 03/08/14 around 11am the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 22 year old Charles W. Thomas of Nevada, Missouri. Mr. Thomas was arrested on 1) Felony Possession Of a Controlled Substance and was booked into the Bates County Jail and later was release with charges pending.
