- On May 7, Angelena Howell, 42, Pleasanton, Kan. was arrested at the St. Clair County Courthouse on a Bates County warrant charging her with failing to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor passing a bad check-less than $500. The warrant was issued in November 2009. She was booked into the St. Clair County Jail. Bond was set at $2,500 surety or 10-percent cash.
- On May 8, Shaun Roderick, 33, Osceola, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Henry County felony warrant charging him with class C felony possession of a controlled substance. The warrant was issued on March 25. Roderick was transported to the Henry County line and turned over to a Henry County deputy.
