KRISTY
SMITH is recognized as the Bates County Memorial Hospital Employee of the Month
for September, 2014. Kristy has been employed at BCMH since January, 1997.
Kristy is the Activities Director of the Nursing Department, as well as working
as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Kristy has demonstrated many times over her
dedication to the hospital. She is flexible in changing her schedule to meet
our needs, whether it is to fill in during vacations, illness or high patient
census. Her loyalty and support is greatly appreciated. Kristy is an asset to
the hospital and the patients we serve.
