St. Clair County Sheriffs Office: 2 men from Collins Arrested

• On Sept. 9, Lucas Spies, 19, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a probation violation for an original charge of burglary-second degree, a class C felony. The warrant was issued on Sept. 4. Bond is set at $689.50 cash only.

• On Sept. 9, Thomas Ostrander, 31, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a probation violation for an original charge of driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor. The warrant was issued on June 4. Bond is set at $500 cash only.
