On Oct. 2, Pamela Williams, 24, Osceola, was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants for failing to appear in court on charges from the Osceola Police Department, defective equipment and driving while revoked. The charges stem from an incident in April and the warrants were issued Sept. 17. Total bond was set at $245.50 cash only.
