St.Clair County Sheriff's Office: Collins woman arrested

On Oct. 3, Julia Mitchell, 53, Collins, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Cass County warrant charging her with felony possession of a controlled substance. The warrant was issued on Sept. 12 and bond is set at $7,500 cash or surety.
