PHOTOS: Bates County Fair officially underway!

Plenty of talent on stage tonight

Grey skies didn't hamper turnout as the 2016 Bates County Fair kicked off this evening. A stroll around revealed a growing number of entries on display in the Fair Building and plenty to see and do outside, too.
