On 9/18/16 around 6:53pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County arrested 43 year old Jeffery B. Young of Drexel, Missouri.Mr. Young was arrested for 1.) Felony Involuntary Manslaughter 2.) Driving While Intoxicated.
He was booked into the Cass County Jail and is currently placed on a 24 hour investigative hold.
