Clinton man arrested in Henry County

On 11/6/16 around 2:05pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Henry County arrested 32 year old  Andrew L. Carter of Clinton, Missouri.

Mr. Carter was arrested for 1.) Felony Platte County Warrant 2.) Speeding 3.) Driving While Suspended 3.) No Insurance.

He was booked into the Henry County Jail and was later bonded out.
