Connie was born March 21, 1949 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, the daughter of Dale and Erma (Morrison) Miller. She married David Neil Couch on May 29, 1970 in Bronaugh, MO. She had been employed at Bronaugh R-7 School District, Nevada Regional Medical Center, and volunteered at Loretta’s Attic. She is a member of Bronaugh Christian Church and Order of the Eastern Star.
Connie is survived by her loving husband, David, dog Tiny; three children; daughter, Susan Versluis of Gerald, MO; son, Gregg (Kim) Bronaugh, MO; son, Corey of Bronaugh, MO; six grandchildren, Ashton Chapman (Darren), Columbia, MO; Mason Couch, Bailey Couch, Ethan Couch, Kailey Couch, all of Bronaugh, Taylor Couch of Placerville, CA; brothers, Jerry Miller, Walker, MO and Dale Miller, Nevada, MO; numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many loving friends. She was preceeded in death by her parents, Dale and Erma Miller, brother Max, and her in-laws Pauline and M.O. Couch.
Connie greatest joy was helping others; she spent her time bettering those around her by sending homemade cards and crafts to her many loved ones. She enjoyed tending to her chickens, front porch sitting, and spoiling her grandkids. She loved fiercely and was fiercely loved.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in the Ferry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Roger Beach officiating. Interment will follow in the Worsley Cemetery, Bronaugh, MO. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, November 14, 2016 at the funeral Home. Memorials may be made to “Worsley Cemetery Fund” in care of the Ferry Funeral Home.
