The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by 34 year old Catrina L. Jurdan-Stevens of Peculiar, Missouri swerved to miss a deer traveling off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
Catrina L. Jurdan-Stevens sustained moderate injuries in this accident and she was transported to Belton Regional Medical Center by private vehicle.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Jim's Tow.
