On 12/10/16 around 2:15pm the Montgomery County Kansas Sheriffs Office along with several fire crews responded to the death of a 8 year old boy in a structure fire in Dearing Kansas which is located in Southern Kansas close to the Oklahoma state line.
When fire crews arrived on scene they found a fire outside the home near an unattached garage. Heavy smoke and fire damage was reported to the West side of the unattached garage.
The death of the boy has been extremely hard for the small community of about 414 people. Mid America Live News will updated when more information is made available to us.
