| On Dec. 7, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Micheal Hall, 26, Deepwater, charging him with class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from a Lowry City Police Department investigation Aug. 31. |

On Dec. 7, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Delbert Gould, 31, Osceola, charging him with failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of driving while revoked, no insurance, and displaying the plates of another. Bond is set at $500 cash or surety. The charges stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on Sept. 21 when Gould was observed driving a vehicle in Osceola. A traffic stop was conducted and it was discovered Gould did not have a valid license and the license plates on the vehicle were registered to another vehicle. He was unable to provide any insurance information.
Another warrant was issued for Gould the same day charging him with failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond on these charges is set at $5,000 cash only. The charges stem from an Osceola Police Department investigation on Aug. 8.
