Below normal temperatures in the middle of the week

Temperatures in the teens and 20s this morning will warm to the 30s and 40s this afternoon, which is close to normal across the area. 

But another surge of cold air arrives tonight and drops us back to 10° to 15° below normal through the middle of the week.
