Around 3 pm today Butler police, first responders, and Bates county EMS were dispatched to a two car accident about 1/4 mile west of town on 52 highway.It is being reported the vehicles collided head on, sending at least two people to Bates County Memorial Hospital with injuries.
The exact cause of the accident and the names of those involved is unknown at this time; Mid America Live will provide more information as it becomes available.
