James E. Rhea, 71, Kansas City, Missouri formally of Cass County departed this life on Friday, July 21, 2017 at Liberty Health and Wellness, Liberty, Missouri.

James is survived by Linda K. Rhea of the home; a son, James Adam Rhea, State of Arkansas; other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at the McMurry United Methodist Church, 25 N. Eugene Field Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64119.

Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Dutch Chapel Cemetery in Lynchburg, Missouri.

Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Ascend Hospice in Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
