The Deputy made contact with Guy Gregory (DOB 9/10/1959) who said the plane was spraying chemicals on his property and it should not have been. Gregory said he attempted to wave the plane off but the plane continued to spray chemicals. Gregory stated he then took his handgun and fired approximately 3 shots at the airplane.
On August 21, 2017 Deputies arrested Gregory for charges that stemmed from this incident. Gregory was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree. His bond was set at $25000.00 cash only. Gregory is currently being held in the Bates County Jail.
