Belton Police Department arrest man for tampering

On Saturday Sept. 30th, 2017 a United States Service Member had his vehicle stolen from a neighborhood in town. 

Due to quick and efficient police work, Belton officers were able to locate the vehicle a short time later at the Welcome Inn. 

Officer's investigation later connected Mr. David Blair to the theft. He was subsequently charged with Felony 1st degree tampering and is being held on bond.
