St. Clair County deputies were responding to a possible domestic assault at Fulton Trailer Park when a vehicle leaving the scene was observed trying to go north in the southbound lane of Highway13. A male subject was standing by the stop sign at Truman Rd. and Highway 13, later identified as Michael Flegler.
The deputies pulled the driver over and identified the driver as Tia Ragni. The deputy noticed a strong odor of alcohol on Ragni. The deputy conducted the standardized field sobriety tests on Ragni, which she failed. She was placed under arrest.
She was asked about what had happened at the Fulton Trailer Park. She stated that her fiancé, Michael Flegler, and her brother had gotten into a verbal argument.
