Services are scheduled at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 10, at the Heuser Funeral Home, Rich Hill, with burial to follow in the Green Lawn Cemetery, Rich Hill.
Visitation is scheduled between six-thirty and seven-thirty Monday evening at the Heuser Funeral Home. Memorials to a Shirley Dale Fund are suggested.
