The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2008 Ford F-250 driven by 66 year old Richard B. Adams of Lees Summit, Missouri suffered a medical episode causing the vehicle to run off the right side of the roadway and striking a fence post before coming to rest in a field.
Mr. Adams was pronounced dead on 11/16/17 at 12:15am by the Henry County Coroners office. He was transported to VanZant Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
Funeral services are pending for Mr. Adams and we will provide them when they become available to us.
