Earlier this week I had the privilege of meeting 94 yoa John Todd of Harrisonville. Mr. Todd was a former Police Officer in Harrisonville and at the time was the only Police Officer in Harrisonville.
In fact, while acting as Harrisonville's only Police Officer he was also responsible for running the electric plant at the bottom of the hill near City Park. My, how times have changed!
