Butler Police and Bates County Sheriff Office are currently assisting Highway Patrol in looking for a white male subject that took off on foot. Subject wearing a blue in color shirt, and plaid shorts. 

Subject is approximately 5'9" or 5'10" was last seen going North from Lake Road and Broadway.
