The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2002 Honda CBR 600 driven by 30 year old James R. Powers of Harrisonville, Missouri was traveling to fast for the road conditions and began to skid leaving the roadway and overturning ejecting the driver.
Mr. Powers sustained minor injuries in this accident and he refused medical treatment at the scene of the accident.
The bike was totaled and towed from the scene by the owner.
