Mr. Battagler was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance - Cocaine 2.) Possession of less than 10 grams of Marijuana 3.) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 4.) Lane Violation 5.) No Insurance.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and later bonded out.
