The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1996 Polaris Express 400 driven by 37 year old Justin R. Byram of Sheldon, Missouri was attempting to make a U-Turn and overturned.
Mr. Byram sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The four wheeler wasn't damaged and it was removed from the scene.
