Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 AM prior to service. Interment will be in the Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, Missouri.

Melba June Goth , age 77 of rural Clinton, Mo passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at her home. Melba was born May 20, 1941 toJames and Orpha Lea Hand of Dixon, Mo.
She spent most of her life in Clinton with her husband Ralph and her three children, Donald, Ronald, and Anita Kay. During her early years, Melba worked at Brown's Shoe Factory in Dixon and then at IGA Grocery Store when she first moved to Clinton. Later, she enjoyed many years working at Wheeler's Hallmark and then W&W Hallmark before retiring. She loved to work in the garden and to have beautiful flower beds when she was younger. What she enjoyed the most was being a mother and grandmother. She loved her family and would help them in anyway she could. She was an amazing mom and mam-ma that will be missed tremendously.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, Ralph; her parents, James and Orpha Lea Hand; brother, James T. Hand; and sister Velma Kelly.
She is survived by her two sons, Donald Mitchell and wife Lesa, and Ronald Mitchell; one daughter, Anita Calhoun and husband Scott, all of Clinton; six grandchildren, Melissa Berry and husband Chris of Lexington, Mo, Jessica Hoffman and husband Adam of Lee's Summit, Mo, Mindy Mitchell of Republic, Mo, Marty Mitchell, Chase Calhoun, and Faith Calhoun, all of Clinton; and six great-grandchildren, Mason and Caiden Berry, Wayne and Alexis Ehrhardt, Nathaniel Mitchell, and Caleb Moeschler. She is also survived by her two sisters, Ruby Humphrey and husband Donley of Warsaw, Mo and Carol Hand of Dixon, Mo.
