Florine Ann (Boyd) Wix was born October 12, 1941 to Edward A. and Goldie Lucille (Norvall) Boyd. She graduated from Deepwater High School in 1959. Florine was united in marriage to Jim Wix on June 19, 1960 at Deepwater, Missouri. She worked in banking around the Clinton area for 43 years.
Florine enjoyed horse showing with her husband and daughters, then later with her grandchildren. She loved being with her family and friends. She loved life itself. In her final days she enjoyed being surrounded by her loving husband, daughters, family, and friends. She also loved cheering on the Chiefs for a playoff win.
Florine was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters-in-law.
Florine is survived by her husband Jim, of the home; one brother Robert Boyd of Warrensburg; four daughters, Tammy(Kevin) of Garden City, MO., Terri Hall of Lee's Summit, MO., Toni (Chris) Sterner of Herford, AZ., and Tracy Marriott of Lee's Summit, MO.; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
