Over the last several months the Bates County Sheriff's Office has been working several cases in reference to a recent contractor that has been paid to perform a job but has failed to complete the job. We are seeking any additional potential victims to determine whether there is a criminal case to be filed with the Prosecutors Office. If you have have paid David Joe West, aka Joe West, to install counter tops and never received the counter tops please contact a detective at the Bates County Sheriff's Office.
