Richard “Buck” A. Billings Jr., 69 of Drexel, Missouri passed away peacefully February 17, 2020 in his home in Drexel. Cremation, with private family services to be held at a later date. Richard Anderson Billings, Jr. was born March 1, 1950 in Topeka, Kansas to Richard Sr. and Cora Tippin Billings.

He was a retired truck driver who spent his free time with family going bowling or to the races. It never took much time being around him for strangers to become friends and friends to become family. From raising children he didn’t create to helping his neighbors take out the trash; one thing is certain... he is one of a kind who would do anything for the people he cared about. He will truly be missed.

Richard was proceeded in death by his daughter (Christina), foster son (Steven), and both of his parents (Richard & Cora).

He is survived by his wife of 41 years (Carol), son (Rickie), daughter-in-law (Kara), and foster daughter (Jennifer). Richard is also a proud Papa of 13 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, and 1 great grandson on the way.
