The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 19 year old Tristan R. Basaldua of Osceola, Missouri lost a tire which caused the vehicle to travel off the left side of the roadway, driver over corrected causing the vehicle to return to the roadway and cross the center line before traveling off the right side of the roadway.
Mr. Basaldua sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton, Missouri for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of the crash by Golden Valley Wrecker Service of Clinton.
