Henry County, MO Emergency Management would like to congratulate Vin Journey on being selected by the County Commissioners as the New Director of Emergency Management. Vin has served as the Deputy EM Director since August 2019, and has completed all FEMA and Missouri SEMA Training and Exercise requirements.
