Update: Butler man escapes injury in rollover accident

Around 6:30pm last night the Butler Police Department long with Bates County EMS and Butler Fire Department responded to a one vehicle rollover accident on South Main Street in the city limits of Butler.

The accident occurred when the 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage driven by Nathan Davis of Butler traveled off the roadway, striking a culvert and overturning.

Mr. Davis was check out by EMS at the scene of the accident and he was released with minor injuries.

No alcohol or drugs was involved in this accident and Davis was wearing a seat belt.
