Butler man arrested on child abuse and child endangerment charges

Joseph Tyler Kennedy 

On 8/19/20 around 2:30am the Butler Police Department arrested 23 year old Joseph Tyler Kennedy of Butler, Missouri.

Mr. Kennedy was arrested for a Butler Police Department Warrant for 1.) Endangering the Welfare of a Child - 1st Degree 2.) Abuse or Neglect of a child.

He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and is currently being housed on a $15,000 cash/surety bond.
