Eva Eileene (Stoddard) Crusha the daughter of Vernie Bliss and Ruth Elizabeth (Nelson) Stoddard was born on July 15, 1947 and departed this life at her home in Appleton City September 11, 2021. She graduated from Buffalo High School in 1965. Shortly after completing her education she met and married her late husband of 52 years, Bill Crusha on September 14, 1968. To this union six children were born: Donnie, Wayne, Shawn, Gary, Kathy, and Amy.

Eileene was a dedicated homemaker, spending many long hours caring for her family. Her children and grandchildren were the most important thing in her life. Eileene embodied the spirit of giving, and always gave back vastly more than she took, always putting other people’s needs before her own. She worked for more than 20 years at the Appleton City Manor, operating the laundry and kitchen. Eileene was a great cook who prepared the most delicious fried chicken, doughnuts, and cinnamon rolls at big family dinners and for holidays. She was especially famous for fixing a loaf of banana bread for each member of her family at Christmas time. Eileen remained an active and faithful member of the Church of God Holiness in Appleton City throughout her life. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Vernie Bliss and Ruth Elizabeth (Nelson) Stoddard; her husband Willie “Bill” Joe Crusha; her seven brothers and one sister.
