Here comes the rain.... Again

Well, here comes the rain...again (we feel like there a song in there somewhere). Showers and thunderstorms will slowly overspread the area today from west to east. 

Rain expected to continue Wednesday night through Thursday before finally ending Thursday night/Friday morning. Widespread 1 to 3 inches of rain is expected. 

Severe weather and flash flooding is not expected although minor river flooding cannot be ruled out.
