Obituary - Shawn Morgan Espey

Shawn Morgan Espey, age 21, Louisburg, Kansas died Monday, October 25, 2021 as the result of an automobile accident in Cass County Missouri. He was born on May 1, 2000 in Memphis, Tennessee the son of Carl Espey Jr. and Lynda Shearon. He graduated from Paola High School. 

Shawn was currently employed with Mo-Kan Dial as an I.T. Technician. He loved to spend time with his fiance, Gisselle Zelay and son Landon Espey. 

He enjoyed BMX and rebuilding Honda Cars. He was preceded in death by his mother. Shawn is survived by his fiance, Gisselle, son, Landon, father and stepmother, Carl and Carey Espey Jr., three brothers, Carl Espey III, Chace Espey and wife Brittany, Austin Espey and wife Tiffany, two sisters, Carlie Adams and husband Matt, and Sara Stafford, stepfather, Christopher Stafford, stepsister, Brie Stump and step grandfather, Fred Tucker.

Funeral service will be 10:30 am Friday, October 29, 2021 at The Truth Church, La Cygne, Kansas. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm Thursday, October 28 at The Truth Church.
