Marjorie Bernice Hartman was born March 19, 1932 in Fremont County, Iowa to Lester and Velma Corbin Tucker. She graduated from Drexel High School and married J.E. Hartman in 1951. Marjorie loved, visits and phone calls from family and friends. She often enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels at her feeders. She will be greatly missed.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, husband J.E. Hartman, three brothers Kenny, Bob, and Denny, sister Linda Smith, and brother-in-law Robert Riley. She is survived by her son John Hartman and wife Alva, daughter Vicki Jacobs and husband Joe, brother Larry Tucker and wife Sharon, sister Doris Riley, brother-in-law George Smith, sisters-in-law, Lucille Tucker and Celestine Hulen.
She also leaves behind grandchildren, Brent Jacobs and wife Shari, Brad Jacobs and wife Jill, Justin Hartman, Jeremy Hartman and wife Leslie, eight great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
