St. Clair County Case Update:
On December 20, 2021, Howard Hart, 45, Osceola, was arrested by St. Clair County Deputies on a 24 hour hold of 1st Degree Attempted Rape.A no bond warrant was issued on charges of 1st Degree Felony Rape.
On April 27, 2023, Hart was found guilty by jury and convicted of Rape Or Attempted Rape - 1st Degree.
Mr. Hart is scheduled to be sentenced June 20, 2023 and he is facing 5 years to Life.
