Reece faces sentencing in July

 Former Butler teacher Charles Reece, accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student plead guilty in Cass County court May 22nd on four counts of Statutory Rape - 2nd Degree (Felony D) and two counts of Sexual Contact W/ Student (Felony E). All other counts (21) were dismissed by Prosecuting Attorney Lynn Ewing.

According to Casenet, sentencing is set for August 17, 2023 at 9:30 am in the Cass County Mo 17th Judicial Court in Harrisonville.
