The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1976 GMC Truck driven by 68 year old James C. Lewis of Clinton, Missouri ran off the right side of the roadway to avoid another vehicle and overturned.
Mr. Lewis sustained minor injuries and he was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton for treatment.
